Photographs, Bank account and Tax number will need to be in place before you leave Turkey together with the
deposit of course which can be paid in cash or by credit/debit card. personal cheques are not accepted.
If you have bought in a complex, electricity, water and maintenance charges for your purchase are usually taken care
of by the management team on site and can be paid for on your visits to Alanya.
Resale properties differ in respect that we have to check that there are no outstanding debts on the property. We do
this by applying for the iskan,(building permit) and registering this in your name so that you can set up direct debits
from your bank account to pay for electricity, water, community charge and possibly a telephone connection if you are
planning to spend a lot of time here.
