Maintenance programmes for owners.
| Our company offers a yearly maintenance service that starts from as little as 250 euros per year. Our basic package includes weekly checks. These checks are not just a visual check of your property from the outside. The property is actually visited, entered and checked for any possible problems and followed up with a weekly email report. Rooms will be aired. Electricity, water and local tax bills will be paid, and any mail can be forwarded to your home address if required. If you are letting your property we offer a customer transfer service with a basic introduction to your property and a local call facility should any further information be required. Secure key holding service and departure checks followed by a cleaning service. Airport transfers are approx 60 euros each way and our cleaning service starts from 35 euros for a normal size 2 bedroom apartment. |
